Welcome to luckytile.store, operated by Lucky TIM ("Lucky Tile," "we," "us"). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them.
1. Overview. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make. We may update them at any time; the current version always lives on this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
2. Eligibility. By using this Site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Products. Our items are produced in limited pre-order batches. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from screen images due to monitor differences and natural variation in the printing and manufacturing process; minor variations are normal and not defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
4. Pricing and payment. All prices are in US dollars (USD). We make every effort to display accurate prices and product information, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.
5. Orders, pre-orders, and cancellations. Because items are produced in limited batches after pre-order, all sales are final once production begins, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Please review that policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Shipping. Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property. All content on this Site, including designs, artwork, tile illustrations, text, and images, is owned by Lucky TIM and protected by law. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs or content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Tile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
